    I'm wearing this barbell today in my left ear. 1/4 inch, 8 gauge. Nice for holding the 8 gauge hole, when I don't want to wear a CBR. All of the edges are smooth, so no snagging when inserting. I like the free shipping. I have several cbr's from Scrap Metal 23. All are ideal. Very smooth, comfortable surfaces. No rough edges.
