Surgical steel 10g captive bead ring. This 316L CBR is measured by the internal diameter of the ring. These rings have a tension ball which is easily removed and inserted.

Nice piece
Was as described and very nicely made as well as priced. Came a bit tight and I used the pliers to open enough so I can put in and take out with just my fingers.
