Surgical steel 4g bent barbell. This 316L bent is measured by the diameter of the arc; not the length of the bar. These are internally threaded barbells.

Sizing up my PA and found that CBRs would apply leverage or pressure to the areas around the piercing, making it tender and sore. A friend recommended using bent barbells and it's been great, lower profile that doesnt snag against your trousers. Have ordered a fair bit of jewelry from these guys: quality is really good, the pricing hard to beat, and orders usually ship in a couple days. Highly recommended!

Wanted to size up and this barbell was perfect. Quality is excellent. Fit is good and balls tighten with little effort. Arrived promptly too. If could offer one suggestion, offer different size balls for that little extra weight on one end. Will definitely be a return customer.
